The Trading system for Ultimate Ethanol, LLC d/b/a POET Biorefining – Alexandria has been suspended until further notice. "POET Biorefining LLC" is proposing to acquire this plant in a merger agreement with several other current POET plants. Concurrently with soliciting consent of investors for the Acquisition, each company intends to coduct a tender offer to purchase interest in its Biorefinery pursuant to a tender offer that would be completed on or about August 31st, 2017, unless extended, subject to certain conditions.
