POET Holding Company, LLC (POET) is a fully-integrated business that includes 33 bioprocessing facilities, 3 logistics terminals, along with technology development and licensing, plant management, bioethanol and co-product marketing, grain procurement, engineering design & construction services, and more.
POET is the largest biofuel producer in the world, with 3 billion gallons of total bioethanol capacity. At full rate, we grind nearly 1 billion bushels of corn annually, which is more than 5% of the total US corn production.
We produce and market a diversified product portfolio that includes bioethanol, higher protein/low fat distiller's grains, beverage-grade CO2 and dry ice. In addition, throughout its history POET has been at the forefront of innovation in the biofuels industry, and has developed many unique products including JIVE, an asphalt rejuvenator made from corn oil; Ripple, an industrial defoaming agent; Dakota ProPellets and cubes for cattle feed, as well as many other exciting products in development.

- Minimum Ownership: 25,000 Units
- Minimum Sale or Purchase: 5,000 Units
- Incremental Sale or Purchase: 1 Unit
- The Seller will be required to pay Variable Investment Advisors, Inc. a fee of two percent (2%) of the gross sales price or a minimum of fee per transaction being one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) dollars to be paid out of the Sellers proceeds at the time of closing.

The Buyer will be required to pay a $200.00 transfer processing fee per transfer. For example, if a Buyer offers to buy 10,000 units and his offer is matched with 2 offers to sell 5,000 units each, then the Buyer would be required to pay 2 transfer processing fees of $200.00 (i.e. $400.00 in total). The transfer fee is paid directly to Poet Holding Company, LLC.
- All Trades are subject to the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement and the Capital Units Transfer System of Poet Holding Company, LLC. (the "Company"), including the option to buy and option to redeem as more fully described below. As a result, there is no assurance that a fully executed sale will be made between a buyer and seller.
