Iowa Renewable Energy

Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC. owns a commercial scale, state-of- the-art biodiesel production facility in Washington, Iowa. The facility is a 24/7, multi feedstock operation capable of producing biodiesel from soybean oil, other vegetable oils, and animal fats to manufacture approximately 30 million gallons of high quality biodiesel each year. Logistically, the business is located in the northeast corner of Washington, Iowa on approximately 27 acres, is connected to rail via the Canadian Pacific Railroad, and has convenient access to the US218 and I80 corridor.

Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC. is EPA Registered, BQ9000 certified, FSMA Compliant, offering QRIN compliant RINs.

Member Ownership & Trade Requirements. 
  
• Minimum Ownership: 40 Units. 

• Minimum Sale or Purchase: 10 Units or 100% of ownership. 

• Incremental Sale or Purchase: 10 Unit. 

• Sale of Units should not create additional Unit Holders.

• Sale subject to Terms and Conditions of the Operations Manual and the Company's Operation Agreement.  

• The Seller will be required to pay Variable Investment Advisors, Inc. a fee of two percent (2%) of the gross sales price or a minimum of fee per transaction being one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) dollars to be paid out of the Sellers proceeds at the time of closing. 


• Match Effective Dates - Subject to the Company's Capital Units Transfer System, including all restrictions and conditions on transfer, matches will become effective:
